Thoughts of the Synth Philosopher

  • And then there were Sine Waves

Life can be as complex or simple as one chooses it to be. Complex structures exist out of simpler building blocks.
A jungle exists out of trees and plants; each cell in your body consists of atoms—dead simple.

Once you realize this, life is never the same again.
Boiling life down to its fundamentals is as philosophical as one can get.
Ask the right questions, work on the right solutions and form your own life the way you want it.

Sounds are no different. Each sound you have ever heard is a combination of Sine Waves.
You can recreate every sound you know, every voice you ever loved, and every song you ever heard by using just Sine Waves.

The day I realized this, I turned to synthesizers.
I use those fundamental waves to recreate the sounds from my distant dreams. I found a way to translate my emotions into a language that vibrates with the physical world.

I tell my story, and you can choose to let me share my joy and pain with you or not.
